Testing & Commissioning Management
Testing & Commissioning is the process of assuring that all systems and equipment of the plant/distribution network are Installed as per the approved specification. The testing is in accordance with the standard procedure and will deliver the output in accordance to the design criteria.
An effective T&C Management could highlight the snags and defects that might lead to long-term asset performance issue and pose equipment failure risks. It also helps in reducing the O&M system failure rates and any efficiency issues that may surface at later stages after the handover period has elapsed.
Delta T&C Management provides an overview to the client of the commissioning arrangements / progress and completion to ensure that the plant systems are commissioned to meet the design criteria and comply with relevant regulations. We follow Commissioning of specific systems addressed by CIBSE Commissioning Codes.
The Code represents standards of best practices which are presented in the form of recommendations and guidance for the District Cooling industry. In addition to the codes based on our vast experience of the District Cooling Industry, Delta recommend / advise allowable variances from the specifications of the plant equipment/systems.
