I joined Delta District Cooling back in 2009, when the company was still in its early years. What I’ve witnessed over the past decade and a half is nothing short of inspiring. From a small team working on the first few projects, I’ve seen Delta grow block by block into a strong yet humble pioneer of district cooling in the GCC.

What makes Delta different is not just the service or the scale of our projects, but the values we live by every day. We are taught to treat every plant we operate as a covenant with God—a trust we must protect, nurture, and deliver with integrity. Here, we are reminded that our work is not only about machines
and chilled water, but about serving people, communities, and our clients. At Delta, we are encouraged to give more than what we are paid for—to do our work with excellence, even when no one is watching. This spirit has shaped me both professionally and personally, teaching me that true success comes from sincerity, loyalty, and hard work.
